From his standout playing career with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers—where he became one of the greatest special teams players in CFL history—to his induction into the Blue Bombers Hall of Fame, Wade’s legacy on the field is undeniable.

But his impact did not stop when the cleats came off. As a successful entrepreneur and now President & CEO of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Wade has helped build the premier franchise in the CFL. Under his leadership, the Bombers have achieved record-breaking financial growth, sold-out stadiums, multiple Grey Cup appearances and championships—and, just as importantly, a powerful commitment to community. From youth flag football and leadership programs to scholarships and grassroots sport development, Wade has ensured the Bombers are more than a team—they are a cornerstone of community health and pride.
